Yes, we provide catalogs for retailers. The catalogs come in a binder and include 18 paint color chips, order forms, full-color pictures, quote list, a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), and general information sheet. Each retailer has the ability to sell the entire line from the catalog and it is extremely helpful when placing special orders. For just a catalog or quote list, please visit downloads.

How do I set up a wholesale account?
Please visit wholesale info for all the necessary information and form downloads. In order to set up a new account, there must not be anotherSugarboo retailer in your zip code.

Do you offer zip code protection?
Yes, we do. Please call 770-643-0069 or email for zip code availability. In order to maintain this protection, you need to order a minimum of 2 boxes a month.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when production of your photobox begins.

How do I go about placing a re-order?
Please fill out an order form either from your binder, which came with your first order, or download it . Then just fax it to the Sugarboo studio.678-461-4841. We receive a lot of faxes on a daily basis, so if your fax does not originally go through, please try again. Also all orders will receive a fax or email confirmation at the end of business that day.
