How do I purchase a photobox?
We have retailers across the U.S. and Canda that carry our photoboxes. Please contact us with your zip code and we will be able to find a local retailer in your area.

What if my local retailer doesn't have the exact piece I want?
Each retailer has a catalog containing of all the color choices and quotes to choose from. In the store, you can place a special order and we will make your custom photobox for you.

What if there is no retailer in my area?
Please call us at 770-643-0069 or email us and we will see what retailers are near you. In the case that there is no retailer in your area, we would be happy to sell directly to you at the retail price.

What is your return policy?
Each photobox is custom-made and so we do not offer any refunds.

All sales are final unless there is damage to or a problem with the photobox. In these rare cases, Sugarboo Designs MUST be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the photobox in order to address any issues.
